What is this?
An experiment in making the desktop wallpaper useful. Each one mixes SVG artwork, named spaces for your icons and reference text — shortcuts, tables, calendars — and is stored as one JSON file you can edit, share and version.
Is it free?
Yes: browsing, editing by hand and downloading at any size are free. Signing up gives 10 AI credits to try prompts; Creator membership is $5 a month for 200 credits, private links and cloud saves.
Do I need to use AI at all?
No. Every wallpaper can be edited by hand in the Workshop — text, colours, layout, bays — and downloaded without a credit.
What are icon bays? Does the site move my files?
Bays are labelled spaces for icons. The website does not move files. A local agent can arrange icon positions after you approve a plan; automatic setup is currently supported on macOS only. Filenames and folder locations stay unchanged.
Will it fit my screen?
Pick your screen size — HD, 4K, ultrawide, portrait, a phone — and the wallpaper is re-laid out for it, with room left for a dock or taskbar. Multi-monitor sets work too.
Can I share what I make, and who owns it?
Free accounts get three temporary unlisted links lasting 30 days. Creator members can create lasting links and opt into the gallery after safety checks and minimum backing. Accept CC0 once before publishing; AI writes the description and tags.
Where does my data go?
Wallpapers are drawn in your browser, and personal background photos stay there. AI requests send relevant prompts, notes and design text for generation and safety screening; results can appear in your account history. See our privacy notice for storage and provider details.
Can my agent use it?
Yes. Creator members can connect an MCP-capable agent to find ideas, create and edit wallpapers, fit different screens, save versions and share links with customers or teammates. These site tools work independently of your operating system. See Agents.
Can my agent set up my wallpaper and keep my icons organized?
Yes. Choose “Set up with my agent,” connect your account, then review and approve the wallpaper and icon moves. A compatible local agent, Creator membership and system permissions are required. You can also ask your agent to schedule regular tidying, with agreed rules and an undo record for each run. Your computer and agent must be available; the website does not run the schedule. Automatic icon arrangement is currently supported and tested only on macOS. See setup and scheduling.
Preview files and folders are illustrative and are left out of downloads. Your download is a static wallpaper image. References stay as you exported them; icons are arranged separately.
